Hebe 'Blue Star', 2/3LAn excellent filler for the border, window box or terrace, the evergreen dwarf shrub Hebe is a low maintenance addition, offering year round colour and texture. The lance shaped foliage is a delightful bluey green, and during summer and autumn it bears dense sprays of white flowers which cover the rounded habit and are extremely attractive to bees and other pollinators.
